Short Term Mission Trip
In June and July 2017, PYV is planning on sending a gospel focused short term mission team to serve at the Orbus Centre. Malawi, to encourage the local church in Blantyre. If you are interested in cross-cultural mission work this is a good opportunity to be involved. There will be a PYV Information Evening at 177 Heatherdale Road, Vermont from 7.00 pm to 9.00pm on 4 June. If you are interested in attending, please phone Emily Venning (0401 659 336).
Daryl Jackson’s Licensing
Please make every effort to attend next Sunday evening’s worship service at 5.00pm at which Daryl Jackson will be licensed to preach the gospel by the Presbytery of Melbourne East. Rev. Douglas Milne will preach. If you are attending would you consider bringing a plate of food to help with refreshments after the service. Please pray for Daryl and Soyoun as, with the help of Pioneers Australia, they discern where on the mission field in Asia the Lord is wanting them to serve.
